All products will be downloaded to your device once purchased successfully. If something isn't right with your order, we accet exchanges with the same exact amount of your original purchase and refund for duplicate orders subject to our Refund and Exchange Policy below:

• The books have missing pages/incomplete

• If books are claimed to be corrupted, it will be eligible for an exchange until proven otherwise

• For duplicate orders, only one item will be refunded

• Besides these cases, our store does not accept return or refunds due to the nature of our products and price rate.

The refund money will be refunded back to your Bank Account within 5-7 business days.
